Thanks to consolidated partnerships, O.M.F. Srl offers coatings using HVOF, PTA/TIG, D-Gun, and Plasma Spray technologies.

The most common coatings include tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, chromium oxide, Stellite, Colmonoy, and molybdenum.

Coatings can be applied to internal and external surfaces, flat areas, diameters, and complex geometries, ensuring a high degree of versatility in surface coverage and subsequent machining.

NDT Testing:

We rely on qualified personnel capable of performing non-destructive testing such as penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic testing, and PMI analysis (Positive Material Identification). In addition, we work with ISO 17025 certified laboratories to guarantee the highest level of compliance and reliability.
