Since 2018, O.M.F. Srl has established a strategic partnership with Greene Tweed for the commercialization and production of polymer components. This collaboration enables us to provide our customers with complete support, not only in manufacturing but also in the component design phase.

Thanks to the direct support of the parent company, we can assist our clients in selecting the most suitable materials and in developing component designs, ensuring customized and optimized solutions for every requirement.

Greene Tweed was among the first to pioneer the use of thermoplastics in the Oil & Gas sector in the early 1980s and has since continued to strengthen its expertise with innovative materials.

Arlon®PEEK e Avalon®PTFE thermoplastic components are employed in some of the world’s most demanding environments. Within the product range, options include: base material, base material + carbon, and base material + glass fiber.

AR® products combine excellent abrasion resistance with reliable dry-running performance and superior anti-vibration characteristics, with little to no hydrolysis or swelling. AR® products are ideal for a variety of applications in abrasive pumps.

Greene Tweed’s WR® composite series, developed with high-performance and extremely reliable wear components, is increasingly replacing metal in the most demanding applications. Specialized products are also available, offering superior dry-running capability and optimal performance at high temperatures (up to 260°C).

Through this partnership, O.M.F. Srl is able to integrate traditional machining with the most advanced polymer solutions, ensuring quality, innovation, and precision in every project.
