Producing Quality is not a Cost, but a Style
Our motto represents the fundamental principle on which O.M.F. Srl’s business strategy is based to ensure competitiveness in the market. This value guides all our actions, committing us to deliver high-quality solutions at every stage of production.
Our ability to uphold this principle is made possible by the technical expertise of our staff and the adoption of a quality management system compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. The ultimate goal of every process we carry out is complete customer satisfaction, by providing products and services that reflect the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Metrology Laboratory and Run-Out System
Measuring Machine
O.M.F. Srl is equipped with a temperature-controlled inspection room, an environment specifically designed to ensure maximum precision in measurement operations and quality control. Inside the room, a COORD 3 continuous-scanning measuring machine is installed—an advanced technology that allows us to perform highly accurate and repeatable measurements on every component.
This solution enables us to constantly monitor environmental conditions, preventing variations that could affect product quality and ensuring strict compliance with the tightest tolerances.
With our inspection room and the use of state-of-the-art technologies, we guarantee high quality standards and reliability at every stage of the production process.

Run-Out
O.M.F. Srl is the only company in Italy to include within its instrumentation a Run-Out Machine, with primary standards, certified by a LAT-accredited center.
The Run-Out acquisition system installed in the company was developed by a leading manufacturer of high-tech measuring instruments, in collaboration with a major multinational in the energy sector, for in-process control of rotors for gas turbines and centrifugal pumps.
The system, through both contact and non-contact inductive probes, collects the form error of the shaft. The data is then transferred to the unit, which allows analysis of individual profiles as well as their combination (including analytical and statistical processing). Based on this data, a spectral analysis (FFT) can also be performed to highlight the harmonic components of the signal.
The extreme flexibility of the system makes it possible to carry out geometric analysis with the shaft mounted directly on the machining center, allowing early intervention on any nonconformities and compensating for them during the production process.
